What happens on a free inspection?
We look at the part of the house you called about. On a roof, that is the shingles, the flashings, and the attic when the hatch is safe to open. You get a straight recommendation. If you want the work done, the price is in writing.
Do you repair roofs, or only replace them?
Both. A bad pipe boot does not need a new roof. A roof that is worn across the whole field does not need another patch. The inspection is how we tell those apart.
Which counties do you cover?

Can one visit cover siding, windows, and gutters too?
